The Resort

At every stage, from construction through to completion and beyond, the development will be in harmony with the environment. This applies to its look and ambience, its setting, the materials it's constructed from and the use of energy resources in its running. The result will be a top of the range, premium beachfront resort with virtually zero carbon emissions. A development of this quality and with such impeccable ethical standards is rare indeed, and interest is sure to be extremely high.
The centre of the project is where the apartments are being built and where most of the common gardens and pool areas are to be found.
The resort has been designed in an attempt to create a balanced mix between managed gardens and swimming pools and the naturally occurring features of stone and established trees on the site. Here fruit trees and a waterfall mix with the latest technology and amenities required by today’s traveller.
When entering the site you will experience the micro climate which is a few degrees closer and fresher than out side of it. Anyone experienced with Caribbean climes will recognise that this will further add to the comfort and relaxing nature of the resort.
The apartments form rows up the side of the mountains and are interlinked and boardered by hand built stone walls, lush grass covered gardens and numerous splash pools, Jacuzzis, saunas and larger sea facing swimming pools.
The hotel on site will run as a business in itself, but will organise the day to day servicing of the rental pool for the apartments and also take bookings. The hotel is not big, with only 24 rooms so there is expected to be an almost continuous demand for properties in the rental pool. Each will compliment the other, offering different options and will be run by an associated company.
The hotel offers what could be described as ethnic chic, with the individual rooms placed around a centralised hotel area where the reception will be able to deal with all requirements of a modern holiday. The rooms are a mix between the local “cana” thatched roofed buildings or slated roofs and are designed to be in keeping with the natural unspoilt surroundings. The finishing and workmanship that's gone into the rooms is top class and the stonework and wood work is unmatched in the area.
The apartments will also have this high building specification and although the outside may look “caribe” the inside of the rooms is a different matter altogether. The finishing’s are the latest offerings and the bathrooms and tiling are all European, which would not look out of place in much larger hotels from around the world. All the rooms have been fully insulated and positioned to remain cool, with a fresh breeze which is almost essential for the non hardened local, and although there is air conditioning, it is often not required because of the intelligent design at the core of the resort.
The apartments and the hotel are situated to make the most of the spectacular sea and mountain views and throughout the hotel there are several private balconies, Jacuzzis, saunas and BBQ areas, swimming pools, managed gardens and water pools to add to your enjoyment.
Build Quality
The luxury development is being built to the highest possible standards, with exceptional design and Scandinavian styled finishings. There is nothing in the area at present to compete with it.
Each of the apartments will be constructed to European building standards - set for, among other things, structural integrity, safety and energy-efficiency. All apartments will be wired for Wi-Fi internet access and will have access to satellite television and telephone systems.
