Description
There is a swimming pool, ample covered and uncovered terraces and balconies, but most of all breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Point and the interior of the island to the tips of the Pitons in the South.
The property is approximately 33,000 sq ft of landscaped sloping land. The house is approximately 4,000 sq ft and is nestled into the hillside at the top of the land. It is accessed from Golf Park Road through an electronic gate, along a palm fringed, concrete driveway that leads up hill to the covered two car port (20’ x 20’), a parking area with ample room to turn around and a ramp making this property wheelchair accessible.
The main entrance is reached via a few steps from the carport. They bring you to a platform that leads to the verandah that runs along the front of the house or into the kitchen. On the ground level is a studio apartment (approx. 25’ x 12’) with a double sink kitchenette and full size bathroom. It too enjoys the view and there is a nice garden area in front of it.
