The Great House villa is a duplex structure which covers 2 floors. Entry into the villa is on the upper level through a gazebo and covered verandah. This leads to a small foyer which takes you to a bridge, which gives you the option of going downstairs to the communal areas or accessing the bedrooms which are on the entry level. Each Great House villa, is a two bedroom unit with it’s own infinity pool.

The Luxury Villa is a grand single floor affair. Spread over 3866 square feet, the entrance gazebo takes you into a courtyard which leads to a foyer. From the foyer, you can access the open plan communal area. Bedrooms are secluded on opposite wings of the villa and aside from huge bathrooms, they contain both indoor and outdoor showers. Outside each bedroom you will find an infinity swimming pool, one of which has its own bridge above the pool leading to the gazebo and mini bar.

The private suite on the upper level, is furnished with a huge bedroom and bath, and a Jacuzzi tub in the verandah. A spiral staircase takes you down to the ground floor.
