The Verandah is a luxurious new family-oriented vacation complex offering a fully managed, all-inclusive environment for just 160 privately owned holiday cottages. One of only a handful of up-scale developments to take place on the island for a number of years, the 30-acre resort is set on the unspoilt northeast coast of Antigua and lies adjacent to a designated National Park. The Verandah will be operated and managed by Elite Island Resorts, one of the largest and most accomplished resort companies in the Caribbean.
Set within a garden of tropical foliage, bordering a spectacular natural cove, cottages are perched above reef-protected crystal clear waters. Each property is approximately 700 sq ft in size and embraces the classic Caribbean architecture style, with gabled roofs, timber clad frames and a wide veranda from which to enjoy the wonderful setting. Combined living and sleeping areas can accommodate up to four people and each cottage is fully furnished and equipped with a range of contemporary comforts.
